Area Report:
All Washburn County ATV trails are open. Trail conditions may be variable and riders may encounter wet conditions and soft trails in some areas. Please be sure to watch out for fallen trees and report any issues to Washburn County Forestry 715-635-4490. Please tread lightly and PLEASE stay on the designated trail surface. Please ride with caution as summer storms can quickly change the condition of the trails.
The Wild River Trail between Spooner and Trego has a detour in place and signage to direct trail users around the impacted area. The detour begins just north of County Highway A, where you will be routed northeast, around the track relocation project. Pay close attention to signage & arrows. Please drive slow and be respectful of the nearby landowners.
It is a beautiful time of the year to take out the Washburn County ATV Scenic Tour which highlights points of interest along the trail. Take the scenic route and come across points that are historical, naturally occuring and man-made.
