Date of Report: November 28, 2018
The Flambeau Trail System (70 miles), in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, is open until spring break up, and everything should be pretty firm from the cold temps. There is very little snow on the ground. Trail dozing work is wrapped up due to frozen ground conditions. The Georgetown Trail (16 miles), in the Price County Forest, is also open throughout the winter. It will close March 14 for spring break up.
