All Washburn County ATV trails are open and in good condition! Our area has received a few storms over the past month, so please use caution on the trails and ride with care. If you notice a washout forming or a tree down, please report any trail issues to Washburn County Forestry Department at 715-635-4490. Please tread lightly, staying on designated trail surfaces out of respect for our land owners. All trails will remain open unless DNR Fire Danger is rated at Very High or Extreme. Please refer to the below link for current fire danger status.
For Current Fire Danger information you can call 1-888-WIS-BURN or visit the WI DNR Website
Please note that motorcycles and dirt bikes are NOT permitted on our trails. Land use agreements with private landowners for snowmobile trails do not permit the use of ATV’s at any time of the year, so please stick to the designated ATV/UTV trails.
