Hello Riders!

Welcome to ATV/UTV Season 2018! The Sawyer County trails are now OPEN and in EXCELLENT condition 

***EXCEPTION*** Due to a severe washout, there is a TRAIL CLOSURE west of Park Falls from the Tuscobia’s intersection with County Highway E, and going west to its intersection with West Buckhorn Road.There is a small washout about a mile east of Draper by Hathaway Road at the culvert; it is passable and has green markers on it. Beginning July 9 (originally scheduled to begin June 18), there will be a detour for a trail repair east of Winter near Sundling Road in Sawyer County through July 25, 2018. There will be signs posted for the reroute. For questions regarding the detour, contact Sawyer County Forestry at 715-634-4846.

GOOD NEWS! the Chequamegon National Forest and the Flambeau Forest  are all open to UTV’s 65″ or less.  No restrictions in Sawyer County – but check your map when riding into Bayfield County.

New Routes that have been approved, but are not legal until signs are installed, include:

**The new connector route from Hayward to Stone Lake, which runs along the Olker-Kadlec-Highline-Williams-Old Hwy 27-Rainbow Rd and Washburn County routes to Stone Lake.

**The new route north out of Hayward, near Adventure RV and Hayward Powersports.  It includes sections along Hwy K and from the LCO Country Store to the Bass Lake Town Hall.

**County Road B from Prop’s Landing Waterfront Grille to Frogg Road

**Snowmobile Trail 29 to Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge, & Conference Center
