Area Report:

THE LANGLADE COUNTY SUMMER ATV/UTV TRAIL SYSTEM INCLUDING ALL STATE-FUNDED TRAILS AND ROUTES ARE SCHEDULED TO CLOSE ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 3, AT 8:00 A.M.
 
Winter access on snowmobile trails will be authorized by public service announcement when snowmobile trails are open and when required conditions are met.

The Langlade County ATV/UTV clubs including the Parrish Highlanders ATV Club, The Wolf River Riders ATV Club, and the White Lake ATV Club and sponsors and operators of the existing trails, have put in many volunteered hours of brushing, signing, and trail work to provide ATV/UTV trails for your use in 2021.  Please thank them for their efforts and patronize their business sponsors.

Official Report: The majority of the Washburn County ATV Trails are OPEN with the exception of a portion of Trail 25 that closed on the 3rd Sunday of October. Trail conditions will be variable. Please tread lightly and PLEASE stay on the designated trail surface. As always, please ride with caution. If you encounter any washouts or trail issues, please call the Washburn County Forestry Office at 715-635-4490. 

Please note that beginning June 1, there will be detours in the Trego area due to a DOT project. Please travel slow and watch for directional signage. 

Trails will close if fire danger reaches “Very High” or higher, so be sure to check fire danger prior to riding. Current fire danger can be found on the DNR website: http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/forestfire/restrictions.html

Trail Report: Antigo | Langlade County, Wisconsin – October 27, 2021

Trail Conditions: Excellent

Area Report:

The Langlade County ATV/UTV trail from intersection 43 to Wallrich Road that is located on private land is closed. Signs will be posted at these locations.  Please access or exit the Village of White Lake via the designated  ATV/UTV route.  The rest of Langlade County’s ATV/UTV Trail System is in normal fall riding conditions.  

The Langlade County ATV/UTV trail system will close at midnight on November 30, 2021.  For further updates or questions regarding the trails, you may call the Forestry and Recreation Department at 715-627-6300.
