Trail Report: Spooner / Washburn County Wisconsin – July 24, 2020

All Washburn County ATV trails are officially open. Trail conditions will be variable and riders may encounter wet conditions and soft trails in some areas. There were major storms through the area over the weekend, so please be sure to watch out for fallen trees and report any issues to Washburn County Forestry 715-635-4490. Please tread lightly and PLEASE stay on the designated trail surface. Please ride with caution as summer storms can quickly change the condition of the trails.

The Wild River Trail between Spooner and Trego has a detour in place and signage to direct trail users around the impacted area. The detour begins just north of County Highway A, where you will be routed northeast, around the track relocation project. Pay close attention to signage & arrows. Please drive slow and be respectful of the nearby landowners.
